Can ActivOn be used with a heating pad?
ActivOn should never be used with a heating pad nor should it be bandaged tightly.

This is for sanitary purposes only and does not mean that you cannot share with your family members if you choose to.

Can our products be purchased direct from us?
The minimum purchase direct from us would be 1 case and this would have to paid for in advance with a credit card.

What about the portion of the product is left unusable in the canister?
As the canister is much like a deodorant stick, the bottom of the canister holds the product in place. When the manufacturer fills the canister they take into consideration the portion that you can’t reach so you do still get to use the full amount indicated on the canister.

Why did my product crack or fall apart?
This may be caused by temperature variance. The product may have been stored at a temperature outside of that recommended on the box or the product may have passed its expiry date. In either case, please return the product to the store for a full refund. If this is not possible, please send a letter to us together with your sales slip and product.  We will be happy to give you a refund.
